Easel.io is the best GUI online mockup tool for webdesigner that I’ve come across up till now. I’ve already showed you the where to convert photoshop layer styles to css here, but this time it gets better. The interface from Easel is really slick, allows you to draw freely on a canvas with or without locking grids, it allows you to save parts of your design as reusable elements, you can draw vector shapes and so much more.
