AI Topic Extraction for NPS or Product Reviews

If you're in the ecommerce space you probably already collect hundreds if not thousands of "open feedback" reviews or answers from customers.

These could be:

  • NPS answers to the question: "Why did you review us with [score]?"
  • Post Purchase Survey Answers you're collecting
  • Product Reviews

The problem with these feedbacks? They are really valuable but also quite tedious to work through because typically nobody takes the time to read through them all.

I made an AI workflow using n8n, Google Sheets and OpenAI to give you the toolset to tackle this problem.

With this example workflow I show you how you can use AI to do sentiment analysis and topic extraction for a given set of reviews, answers or any open customer feedback you collect.

What will you be able to do with this workflow?

You'll be able to automatically cluster the feedback you're collecting into topics that you define yourself.

So instead of just looking at a general trend for your open feedback you could track it split into categories.

Example Analysis

This enables you to track trends over time or you could even push this data into your CRM to react to the feedback with specific prebuilt email-flows.
